WHAT is in this lesson?

In this lesson, you’ll discover Harvard University researcher – Shawn Achor’s formula for happiness& find out how to maintain it long term

You’ll understand that happiness is an inside job, & also work out what your current values are in life.

WHY is it important?

So often, we can tend to search for happiness outside of ourselves. 

Eg: “When I get that _____ then I’ll be happy”, “When I lose this weight, then I’ll be happy” etc.

There is actually a really simple formula for happiness, and it starts within us & we have more control over obtaining it than we may have thought!
